Tender boneless chicken breast is lightly dredged in seasoned flour and then pan fried to gold brown. This dish is finished by deglazing with white wine and lemon juice then heavy cream and fresh herbs are drizzled over the chicken. This classy dinner is served with an earthy wild rice pilaf, roasted asparagus, fresh garden salad and dinner rolls with butter.
