Marinated chicken breast topped with a bouquet of Tuscan vegetables to include artichoke hearts, mushrooms, roasted red and green peppers, onions, caper and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkled with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. Serve over fettuccine. Accompanied by a Greek spinach salad or a fresh garden salad, toasted garlic bread, and an assorted dessert tray.
