Menu Planning
Chili O’Brien’s Catering will help you choose from our many menus or create a menu just for you. All consultations are free of charge.

Staff/Carving Station Staff

If you would like additional Chili O’Brien’s staff to be present at your event the price per staff member is $15/hour. We can help you determine if you need extra staff present or the number of staff you will need.

For large events such as weddings we will have staff on hand for two hours. For most parties this is more than enough time. If you require us to be at the event for longer you will be billed at a rate of $15 per person per hour.

Lunch Menu at Dinner Time/Wedding Receptions
Please note that due to larger portion sizes and increased labor involved, lunch menu items served at dinner time will have an additional $3/person charge.  This policy also applies to wedding receptions.

Service Charge

An 18% Service Charge will be added to your final bill.

Group Minimums

Most times we can accommodate group sizes under our required minimum, however under some circumstances, we may not be able to accommodate smaller groups. If your group falls under the required minimum, you will be billed an additional $25.00. Please call for availability.

Delivery/Pick-up

Chili O’Brien’s professional staff will deliver and pick-up within a reasonable distance in the Helena area free of charge.

Deposit & Payment

A 25% deposit will be required upon confirmation of your event. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. This applies to weddings and other large events

Guest Count
For all large events (100+ people) All final guest counts are required seven days prior to your scheduled event. We will order food and schedule staff for this number of people. Thus, your bill will reflect this final count.

Final Counts and Cancellations
Final counts must be provided 48 hours before an event. Canellations made within 48 hours of a catering will be billed 25%, as we will have already ordered groceries from our suppliers. Cancellations made the same day as a catering will be billed at 100% as we will have prepared the food.

Menu Prices
All menu prices listed on line or in print format are subject to change.

PLEASE NOTE: LUNCH MENU items are ONLY served from 11 am to 2 pm.
