Weddings
Every year Chili O'Brien's Catering serves delicious, food at dozens of weddings. Each one is unique and we can adapt our menus and services to surpass the expectations of the bride, the groom and all attendees.
As you begin to think about your wedding and the food. We have these tips for you:

Take a look at our menus and get an idea about what you would like and what your budget allows. For a reference point, two entrees dinners start at $28 per person.

Note that our lunch menu prices cannot be applied to weddings. Weddings are not office lunches and people come to weddings to eat. Trust us - we've catered a lot of weddings.

Start the booking process by submitting a catering request. Take a look at the catering availability calendar on this request page. We book up quickly on summer weekends.

Once you submit your request we'll respond via email and talk about the details for your big day!

Chili O'Brien's does not serve alcohol, so you'll need to reach out to other vendors for that. If you're interested in beer and wine only, we recommend the Lewis & Clark Tap Room. Click here for their bar catering request form.

If you're after a full bar, we do work regularly with Big Bull Bar in Winston, the Overland Express and the Shriners.

Events
Chili O'Brien's is fluent with all the restrictions that have been put into place with COVID-19 by the Lewis & Clark County Health Department and we're seasoned at working within those guidelines.
As the event coordinator, you'll still need to submit the event plan. We will take care of the food so you have no worries there.
We have also gotten creative and done fundraisers "to go" for organizations such as Grandstreet Theatre and Florence Crittenton.
Our list of Galas and Banquets features events such as Prickly Pear's Harvest Moon Dinner, Paint the Town Pink, Helena Symphony Gala at Montana Ting, Montana Democratic Convention, Festival of Trees, Helena Area Chamber of Commerce Dinner, St. Peter's Health Employee Christmas Party and more.
We are used to working in Helena's event facilities such as the Helena Civic Center and the Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds.
Off-site catering is what we do and who we are. We look forward to providing your event with unique, themed menus and food served hot and delicious!
